We’re launching neighbourhood by neighbourhood, starting with Dhanmondi, Mohammadpur, Gulshan, Banani, Mirpur, Uttara, and Bashundhara R/A. Message us and we’ll confirm whether we’re already in your area.
Are your electricians, plumbers, AC technicians, and domestic workers really verified?
Yes. Every provider’s National ID and home address are checked before they’re allowed to accept a single job, and every visit is rated afterward, low rated providers are removed from the roster.
How much will my service cost?
Pricing depends on the job we confirm a price with you on WhatsApp before a provider is dispatched, so there are no surprises. If the actual scope of work turns out to be different once the provider arrives, we’ll let you know before continuing.
Do I need to pay in advance?
No. You pay only after the work is completed and you’re satisfied with it.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash and bKash are both accepted on completion of the job.
What if I'm not happy with the work?
Tell us right away on WhatsApp. We’ll work with you and the provider to resolve it, and your rating helps make sure the same issue doesn’t happen to the next customer.
How quickly can someone come to my home?
For urgent jobs like electrical or plumbing issues, we try to confirm a provider the same day wherever possible. You can also schedule a visit in advance for a time that suits you.
Do you have an app I can download?
Not yet, right now every booking runs through this website and WhatsApp so we can give each one real attention. An app is planned as we grow.
